How to reduce stress in college life especially for students?
1. Prioritize sleep and a healthy diet
*Being a student it is a very tough task top have 7-9 hrs of sleep but it is important to prioritize your health in front of other things as it plays a major role in stress managing so try to get more sleep by doing your other works in a scheduled manner so that you can plan some time for your sleep too.
*And it is also really important to eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruits ,vegetables and whole grains and avoid caffine and alcohols which can negatively impact stress levels because food is the one which is going to decide our mood if you don't have a good diet it will spoil your day and makes you stress.Do eat a lot of home made foods or foods without much fatty content.
2.Practice Relaxation Techniques:
*Deep breathing- to calm the nervous system,listening to music,or doing some kind of fun activities like journaling,doodling so that you can express your emotions in it,stretching or yoga,aromatherapy-using your favourite scents to promote calmness and mindful meditation these kind of activities will help you relax yourself and you can also try your own activities that will help you to get relaxed.
3.Seek social and emotional support:

*Develop time management skills,break down large tasks so that even if it is a very big task you won't feel exhausted and do remember to take small breaks during long time study sessiond as it will help you be concentrated.Avoid procastination to reduce last minute stress.
At last managing stress is easy but we don't take measures for it do try these steps and see the difference in your college life and make it one of your memorable era rather than the most stressful era of your life
